Company Policies
Shipping Policies: Steve Rosswick Collection ships via USPS Priority Mail to United States at $4.00. Each add'l item is $1.00. International shipping is $10.00 for the first Item and $1.25 each add'l item.
Payment Options: We accept Visa/Mastercard, PAYPAL, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks. (Note, Personal Checks require a 7-10 business day clearing period before item is sent)
Most Items are sent within 2-5 days of purchase. If you purchased a size that we don't regularly carry in stock, or we don't currently have in stock, there will be a production time of at least 2 days before item is sent.
Return Policy :
All exchanges and Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original reciept/invoice and the original tag(s). If the incorrect size is purchased we will gladly exchange for the correct size within 30 days. Please note that refunded amount does not include shipping, but actual price of item purchased. We only accept returns on items purchased at www.SteveRosswick.com and not an ouside retailer.
