Q: What's this New Shipping Policy I'm hearing about?
A: We've had some issues in the past regarding slow turnaround on Web Orders. I'm here to say "IT ENDS HERE!" I will personally make sure each web order is shipped within 48 hours of purchase, ensuring a quick turnaround time. Customer Service is Numero Uno.
 
Q: What Payment Methods do you Accept?
A: We prefer VISA/MASTERCARD and Paypal,  but we also accept Money Orders.
 
 
Q: What kind of shirts do you print on?
A: We print on high-quality American Apparel blanks. Some of which have been hand-dyed. The shirts are 100% Preshrunk Cotton and are slick and soft. All of our garments are tagless for extra comfort. Select designs have been distressed and/or are inside-out.
Q: Are the shirts Preshrunk?
A: Yes and No. The shirts are technically preshrunk, however depending on your washer/dryer combo, you may expirience some slight shrinkage.
Q: How do I care for my Steve Rosswick Collection items?
A: Machine Wash Cold -- Wash with Like Colors -- Tumble Dry Low -- Do Not Bleach -- Do Not Dry Clean -- DO NOT IRON ON DECORATION. In most cases, common sense will suffice.
Q: How do you Ship my item(s)?
A: I will ship it via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail. This
Q: How much are shipping charges?
A: Inside the USA - $4.00 and $1.00 for each additional item.
 
Internationally - $10.00 and $1.25 for each additional item.
Q: How long will it take to recieve the item after purchase?
A: If you live in the Continental USA, the items will arrive within 1-5 days of said item being shipped. If you live Internationally, it can take anywhere between 6 days to 2 weeks, depending on your location. Places like Canada, United Kingdom and Spain usually take 6-10 days. Places like Abu Dhabi, Yugoslavia and Mongolia may take up to 2 weeks.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: All exchanges and Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original reciept/invoice and the original tag(s). If the incorrect size is purchased we will gladly exchange for the correct size within 30 days. Please note that refunded amount does not include shipping, but actual price of item purchased. We only accept items that were purchased from www.SteveRosswick.com and NOT an outside retailer.
Q: How much are they Slim-Fitted?
A: If you usually wear a Medium, our Medium will be slightly smaller than that. If you want the shirt to fit more relaxed, go a size up. What I do is measure my favorite fitting shirt and compare that way.
Q: Is there a Sizing Chart for easy use?
A: Why Yes! Yes there is.
