Steve Rosswick the Actor.
In his first
year of high school, Steve Rosswick began taking Theatre, not because he wanted
to, but because he wanted to fill up his course load. Soon thereafter, he was
bitten by the acting bug and never looked back. Two years later, he made his
stage debut in Judy Simpson Cook's 'Country Songs', and since has been featured
in stage productions such as 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat',
'Arsenic and Old Lace' and 'Enter Pharoah Nussbaum'. He was rewarded for his
talents in 2003
when he was honored as Actor of the Year, for his work in 'A Bite Off Broadway.'
Since then, Rosswick has appeared in various films. In 2005, Steve worked alongside Will Ferrell as his stand-in on the box-office hit 'Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby'. Currently, he stars in his own weekly TV show, 'The Misadventures of Steve Rosswick', a reality show satire where he performs as almost every character, lending him the platform to showcase his many talents.
Steve Rosswick the Designer.
Steve Rosswick comes from the grassroots level of graphic design. While never trained traditionally in Graphic Design, Rosswick has an impressive resume that dates back to his early teenage years. His interest in art dates all the way back to when he was a child hand-drawing his favorite racecars. From that point on, his artistic creativity was cultivated into the Digital/Graphic field in his teenage years.
As a self-proclaimed driving enthusiast, Rosswick had owned the latest Racing Simulatiors available on the PC; but was unhappy with the selection of Paint Schemes. He started painting his own designs, and soon thereafter had a following of fellow racers who wanted his designs. By the time he was 18 he was replicating texture maps for Papyrus' acclaimed racing simulation 'Nascar Racing 2003'. Rosswick was hired by various respected sites, using him for his design talents to replicate various Racecars driven on the Nascar circuit; in addition to his own unique designs.
In 2003, Rosswick passed up a scholarship to 'The Art Institute' to continue to focus on Acting. He continued to Freelance various 2d texture work for games and software, and in late 2004 decided to lend his Graphic Talents to the garment industry. In August of 2004, Rosswick started designing T-shirts to sell online. The response was overwhelming and in November of 2004, he launched his clothing line 'The Steve Rosswick Collection' and sold exclusively on Ebay. The response, again, was overwhelming and in February of 2005, Rosswick launched SteveRosswick.com to sell full-time. Since then, Rosswick's line has evolved from a fun hobby, to a full-time business venture.
